i just switched to xp on a lenovo z61t laptop the sound isnt workung on my speakers?
i installed all drivers the only 2 that dont work and are my pci and usb i went to support website they have all the driver except for those two i need a usb driver mabye but what should i do also head phones dont work and i have no volume control

Check device manager for yellow markers, but ignore those for the usb and pci and look for more

Audio sound on my laptop?
I have a lenovo Idea pad laptop and I loaded Windows XP and the sound coming from my laptop sounds like chipmunks no matter what player I use ( Nero 7 or windows media player 11) even if I use external speakers

It is not the speakers. It is your sound card driver. Go online and find the right one. You should be able to find the right driver to download for your system.

There is no sound on my laptop?
Help! I have a dell laptop on windows xp. my sound icon in the bottom right corner has gone and i can’t hear anything from either my speakers eiter my headphones. i do not kno what i’ve done but if my dad finds out because i always have to send it off with viruses and i can’t tell him again something is not working so i need to fix it myself quick!!! help!!
